The Kalash
The Kalash are from the Hindu Kush mountains in North-West Pakistan. The region is known as Chitral. Kalash women are unmistakable because of their distinctive fashion. They wear big black dresses with colorful embroidery. Their hairstyle always features a frontal braid and a hat usually with cowrie shells sewn on. They are usually wearing large necklaces with small colorful beads. If you're surprised to see that these people seem so light for being from Pakistan, their oral history claims they are descended from Alexander the Great. Either way, throughout Western and Central Asia, there are many lighter phenotypes evident in many different ethnic groups.
